FAQS | Wolves and Ticketmaster Sport join forces

As Wolves and Ticketmaster Sport enter partnership to improve the club’s ticket service, both online and in person, wolves.co.uk presents a series of frequently asked questions regarding the change.

Does the partnership between Wolves and Ticketmaster mean fans will have to go to ticketmaster.co.uk to purchase tickets?

No. Ticketmaster is providing the technology that will power Wolves ticketing platform. The fan ticketing experience will remain on eticketing.co.uk/wolves. Supporters who purchase online, by phone or in-person, can continue doing this through the same channels.

What does official ticketing supplier mean?

Ticketmaster will be the exclusive technology provider for all of Wolves’ ticketing services. The partnership will see Wolves – and Wolves supporters – benefiting from the latest in ticketing systems and the continuous improvements to those systems to better the fan experience.

If I have a problem with my ticket, will I have to contact Ticketmaster’s customer service?

No. You will continue to contact the Wolves Fan Services team for all your ticketing queries. You can contact the team on 01902 810485.

What changes will I see on the updated ticketing platform?

Wolves fans will see some design changes to our updated ticketing platform.

The new partnership means that from the 2023/24 season, Wolves fans will benefit from Ticketmaster’s advanced technology when purchasing tickets on eticketing.co.uk/wolves. This includes 3D Virtual Venue, an innovation that will bring Molineux to life and enhance the user experience when purchasing tickets and selecting seats for the match.

Fans will also have greater control over how they manage their tickets online using Ticketmaster’s state-of-the-art platform. Season ticket holders will retain the option to easily and quickly list their seat for resale for fixtures they are unable to attend.

Will I need to change my Wolves ticketing account log-in details?

No change will be required. Your supporter number remains the same and your online ticketing account remains unchanged. You will be able to access your ticketing account using your current username and password.

Will I need a Ticketmaster account?

No, you will not need to register directly with Ticketmaster. Log-in to your Wolves ticketing account through wolves.co.uk as you usually would.

If I have forgotten my password, will I be able to change it?

Yes, reminders and options to change your password will be embedded in the platform.

I have followed all of the instructions and I still cannot log-in to my ticketing account. What should I do?

If you are still having issues logging in to your account, please contact our Fan Services team by emailing fanservices@wolves.co.uk. Within the email, please provide your supporter number and the email address associated with your ticketing account so we can best assist you.

Does the ticketing platform apply to just match tickets?

All men’s fixtures, season tickets, memberships and away travel will be hosted on the new platform.

Can I still re-sell my ticket for home games?

Yes. The resale option will continue to be available for season ticket holders to list their tickets and for fans to purchase tickets.

The resale process remains the same and if the ticket is resold you will receive a ticket cash reward or BACS refund of 80 per cent of the pro-rata value for that match. The pro-rata value is the season ticket price divided by 19. We will provide clear guidelines and ‘how to’ guides on how to list your season ticket for resale if you can’t attend a game.

If you are still unclear, or don’t have access to your online ticketing account for any reason, you can call the Fan Services team and they will assist you with listing your season ticket seat for resale.

Can I still buy tickets for my friends and family?

Yes. 'My Network' is a feature of your online account which allows you to manage the accounts of friends or family members. You can add up to 20 members to your online network.

Once a supporter has been added to your account, you will be able to purchase tickets on their behalf, subject to availability. If a supporter gives you full management rights over their account, you will also be able to purchase ticketing products which have been reserved in their name (eg reserved cup tickets).

More information on how to use ‘My Network’ will be released in due course.

Will my ticketing history data be saved?

Yes, your ticketing history will remain part of your ticketing account. Should you notice any discrepancies, please contact the Fan Services team by emailing fanservices@wolves.co.uk, providing us with your supporter number.

Can I have a digital season ticket?

No. This is not something this is currently available however we may be able to offer this option in the future.

Will this new partnership affect my place on the season ticket waiting list?
