What is WolvesTV?

WolvesTV is the replacement for Wolves Player, available on the all-new wolves.co.uk. WolvesTV offers fans alternative ways to follow matches if they can’t attend games, with fans in the UK and Republic of Ireland able to access live commentary, and international fans able to access live streams when EFL broadcast rules and technology allows.

Live broadcasts can only be watched on desktop but commentary can be accessed on mobile and tablet devices.


How much does an WolvesTV cost?

Access to WolvesTV will be free throughout the season. Pre-Season games will be available for £5 per game


Can I purchase a pass on a monthly basis or for a single game?

Pre Season games can be bought for £5, on a game by game basis. Wolves 2018/19 Premier League fixtures will not be available to view on WolvesTV


What devices does WolvesTV work on?

WolvesTV live commentary can be accessed across desktop, tablet and mobile, live streams are only available on desktops. If you are unsure whether your technology will support WolvesTV please contact wolvestvsupport@streamamg.com


I’m having issues with my video / audio feed, what can I do?

In the first instance please report your technical issues to wolvestvsupport@Streamamg.com who can investigate whether there is a problem with what is being broadcast. If there are no issues at our end we’ll ask you to confirm some details about the device, software and your internet connection. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you are using compatible technology ahead of purchasing a WolvesTV package.


How do I get a refund?
Refunds can only be issued for people who have reported a technical issue during the game that is the fault of us or our providers and cannot be rectified. Please note that if you don’t watch a stream through choice or don’t report a technical issue during the game we will not issue a refund. Refunds will not be issued for supporters attempting to access via a VPN or using a smartphone or tablet.


How do I subscribe to WolvesTV?

If I am subscribed to Wolves Player HD will I automatically join WolvesTV?

No Wolves Player HD was provided by the EFL whereas WolvesTV is run by the Club and so you’ll need to create a new account and sign up again to access the new platform.


My feed keeps buffering, what’s wrong?

Is your connection fast enough? Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching or torrents and visit http://www.speedtest.net . Test your download speed, results should show a minimum of 1Mbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.


I’m receiving a “media not found” message

The live commentary player will only be live during a match. If Wolves are playing and you are receiving this message, please alert wolvestvsupport@streamamg.com.
