The video is giving me a blue buffering icon / stating Not currently broadcasting
If you receive a blue buffering icon or a message stating 'Not currently broadcasting' ahead of broadcast this is normal. Should this happen within ten minutes of kick-off or later, please try the following:
- A hard refresh of the page (ctrl+F5) on desktop, or closing the browser window and reloading on mobile devices
- Clear your browser cache
- Try visiting other websites and check your internet speed here: https://www.speedtest.net/ Test your download speed, results should show a minimum of 1Mbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.

My feed keeps buffering, what’s wrong?
Is your connection fast enough? Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching or torrents and visit https://www.speedtest.net/. I'm attempting to view on a Samsung device but when I press play the video does not start
Unfortunately a limited number of Samsung browsers are not supported - please view the live stream using Google Chrome or another browser app, or alternatively try another device if one is available.
The feed is playing but I have no audio
Please ensure you have pressed the unmute button initially displayed in the top left corner of the video player or alternatively use the speaker icon on the player / audio controls on your device.
I’m having issues with my video / audio feed, what can I do?
In the first instance please report your technical issues to wolvestvsupport@Streamamg.com who can investigate whether there is a problem with what is being broadcast. If there are no issues at our end we’ll ask you to confirm some details about the device, software and your internet connection. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you are using compatible technology (available to view in the terms and conditions ahead of purchasing a WolvesTV package.
I have logged in to purchase a WolvesTV package but the site is not showing me as logged in
If you reach the payment details page you have successfully logged in, you cannot view this page without logging in. Please continue through the process and upon checkout you will be redirected back to the live stream page and the feed will begin to play (or should this be before the event you will see a blue buffering icon)
What devices does WolvesTV work on?
WolvesTV can be accessed across desktop, tablet and mobile - please be aware that WolvesTV is not available via video game consoles, and casting is not available via the platform. A limited number of Samsung browsers are not compatible on Samsung devices - please use another internet browser app such as Google Chrome or alternatively try another device if one is available. How do I check if I have subscribed to WolvesTV for pre-season games?
If you have signed up via tv.wolves.co.uk please visit: https://tv.wolves.co.uk/live/ and click the gold play button. You may be asked to log in. Once logged in if you get a blue buffering icon (or the live video begins playing during the match) you have successfully subscribed. If you see a button in gold reading 'Subscribe' you have not previously subscribed and need to purchase a package.

Please ensure you are attempting to view the stream via the platform you used to sign up. If you signed up through Facebook, please watch via Facebook. If you signed up via WolvesTV please watch at https://tv.wolves.co.uk
What is WolvesTV?
WolvesTV offers fans alternative ways to follow matches if they can’t attend games, with fans around the world able to access live commentary.
Live video broadcasts of first-team games will be available for selected pre-season fixtures only each season at a paid subscription (£6 per game).
How much does an WolvesTV cost?
Access to WolvesTV will be free throughout the season. Pre-season games will be available for £6 per game
Can I purchase a pass on a monthly basis or for a single game?
Pre Season games can be bought for £6, on a game by game basis only.
How do I subscribe to WolvesTV live streams?

If I miss the game live can I watch it back on demand?
If you subscribe via WolvesTV there will be a limited time frame to rewatch the game via WolvesTV in the days following the game.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds can only be issued for people who have reported a technical issue during the game that is the fault of us or our providers and cannot be rectified. Please note that if you don’t watch a stream through choice or don’t report a technical issue during the game we will not issue a refund. Refunds will not be issued for supporters attempting to access via a VPN. To request a refund please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue and the reason for the request.
