The two sides meet in the determining round of the FA Women’s National League Cup which will see the winners progress into the Cup, and the losers drop into the Plate competition.
Wolves come into the game having picked up maximum points in the league so far with victories over Stourbridge and Derby County.
Last time out at the SEAH Stadium, the Old Gold scored four in their opening day success against Stourbridge, as Dan McNamara’s side got off to a winning start.
Wolves had to come from behind to take all three points on Sunday afternoon, as goals from Anna Morphet and Katie Johnson were enough to secure a win on the road.
Meanwhile, visitors Stoke have won one and lost one of their two games so far this season.
Marie Hourihan’s side were beaten 3-0 by Nottingham Forest on the opening day, but then collected all three points on Sunday with a 1-0 victory at Hull City.
