Wolves Women vs Burnley to stream on Wolves TV

Wolves are looking to continue their unbeaten run in the FAWNL Northern Premier Division this Sunday when they travel to Burnley, and supporters can follow all the action on Wolves TV.

Dan McNamara’s side entered March having not lost a league game all season having made the step up to the third tier in the summer and made it 12 wins from 15 with a 5-0 victory over Stoke City on Wednesday evening.

That result put the women’s first-team three points clear of Derby County at the top of the table, with the side also holding two games in hand over their title rivals ahead of Sunday’s visit to Burnley.

Kicking off at 2pm, Mikey Burrows will be joined by legendary Wolves Women defender Claire Hakeman in the commentary booth at the Lancashire County FA ground in Leyland, as the pair provide live coverage of the tie, as part of the club's International Women's Day celebrations.

The Clarets are currently sat sixth in the table but took a point back to Lancashire when the sides met earlier in the season in Castlecroft, thanks to a 2-2 draw at the CKW Stadium, where Tammi George and Lauren Riley got on the scoresheet for Wolves.

The live stream is available on wolves.co.uk, the Wolves YouTube channel or by the Wolves App, which can be downloaded now on iOS here and on Android here.
