The Dudley-based attacking midfielder has spent the last three seasons with the Foxes after playing briefly for Leicester City, that spell following her entry to Loughborough University to study psychology.
Now set to commence studies for a PhD, Rogers will be home-based and therefore handily located to turn out for the club where she started her football career as a young schoolgirl.
“I was scouted for the Wolves Centre of Excellence when I was nine,” recalls the now 25-year-old Rogers. “I was with the club until I went up to Loughborough Uni, at which point I felt my football had to be played over that way.
“I loved my time with the Foxes, who are a wonderful club. But after returning home it was great to come back to Wolves, even though it means dropping down a tier to play in Division 1 Midlands.
“The Wolves women’s team is part of a much bigger set-up than the Foxes, and with the ambition and drive throughout the club I believe we can get to the National League’s top division and higher.
“For me it also means coming home to the club I grew up with and I’ve always supported. I’m also being re-united with old friends who I played with for the under-10’s and are still here, and that’s great.”
