Wolves Women took a break from their usual training base this week and headed to RAF Cosford where they took part in exercises of a different kind, including drill practice and aircraft weapon-loading.
The night of team building exercises were carried out under the watchful eye of manager Dan McNamara - a member of the air force himself, who is also the RAF ladies head coach.
