Wolves Women's 2019/20 fixtures released

The fixtures for Wolves Women’s 2019/20 National League Division One Midlands season have been released.

Last year’s runners-up begin the season by hosting Lincoln City Women – formally known as Nettleham Ladies – at the CWK Stadium in Castlecroft on Sunday 18th August, before travelling to Burton Albion Ladies at the start of September.

Wolves face two of the newly promoted sides back-to-back in September, firstly inviting Leicester United to Castlecroft on 8th September before a visit to Leafield Athletic the following Sunday.

On Sunday 29th September, Dan McNamara’s side will host Doncaster Rovers Belles – the pioneering side of women’s football – following the historic club’s relegation from National League North.

Wolves will complete their 2019/20 campaign with a home clash against last season’s third-place side Birmingham & West Midlands.

Throughout the season, Wolves will also face home and away ties with The New Saints, Sporting Khalsa, Solihull Moors, Bedworth United and Long Eaton United.

In addition to the league campaign, Wolves Women will also be competing in the National League Cup, Birmingham County Cup and Women’s FA Cup this season, but please note, all fixtures are subject to change.
