Wolves under-21s are in action on the road for the second time in five days when they travel to Everton on Friday afternoon.
Following Monday’s 2-1 victory at Derby County, James Collins’ side will be looking to maintain their unbeaten start to Premier League 2 in 2024.
Fletcher Holman and Tyler Roberts scored the goals against the Rams, as the Old Gold moved up to sixth in the league table.
They face the Toffees on Friday who sit in 21st place having accumulated 15 points from their 15 games to date.
With three wins from their last three in all competitions, they come into the game in strong form and have also progressed into the semi-final of the International Cup.
Back-to-back PL2 victories against Tottenham and Leicester have provided a positive response to four games without a win in the competition for Everton.
Wolves have lost just twice in their 10 games since the turn of the year and last faced the Toffees in PL2 in April 2023, where Owen Farmer netted a hat-trick in a 5-0 success.
