Wolves under-21s will travel to Vale Park to face Port Vale in the second round of the Papa John’s Trophy next month.
As group runners up, James Collins’ side were drawn away to the League Two club, who they face the week commencing 7th December.
In the group stages, Wolves collected five points, two via a penalty shootout win at Bradford City and three following a 2-1 success at Doncaster Rovers.
Now they’ll take on the Valiants, who Wolves’ first-team last met in March 2014, when the old gold won 3-0.
