James Collins’ side progressed to the knockout stages of the competition following victory over Doncaster Rovers last week.
As Group F runners up, Wolves will face a group winner away from home in the second round, which will once again be regonalised.
It means Wolves will face one of Fleetwood Town, Salford City (or Man United U21s, who play on Tuesday), Shrewsbury Town, Port Vale, Man City U21s, Accrington Stanley or Hull City.
The draw will be conducted at 6.15pm, with the second round due to be played the week commencing 7th December.
