The Wolves youngsters progressed to the knockout stages of the competition after finishing runners-up in Group H and will face Blackburn, who topped Group G.
In this competition, Wolves have enjoyed some of their better results this season, beating Derby County and Birmingham City, and will now look to bounce back from defeat to Tottenham Hotspur a week ago.
In the Premier League 2 Division 1 this season, Wolves have done battle with Rovers twice, with the away sides finishing victorious on each occasion – Taylor Perry scoring a late winner for Wolves in Lancashire back in August.
