WHAT THE BOSS THINKS

On Swansea

They're a good team with some excellent players, so it’ll be a good test for us. Swansea are in the league above because they got promoted a couple of years ago, so we know we’ll be up against some quality opposition.

It’ll be tough because they’ve hit some good form, beating Tottenham and drawing with Arsenal before that. They’ll be confident at home but we’re looking forward to the challenge.

I think they’ll respect us, as we respect everyone we go up against. They certainly won’t be fearing us, but they know they’ll have to be on their game because we’ve been pretty consistent this season.

On squad rotation

We’ve got a good squad and we want everyone to feel valued and this is an opportunity to give everyone the chance to play – if they deserve it. One or two players have been banging on the door, but because the others have done well in the league, it’s difficult. But we want to give everyone that opportunity.
