Having confirmed second place in Premier League 2, Division 2, Wolves will play West Ham United, who finished fifth.
The Under 23s secured second place in the league with a comprehensive 4-1 win away at Fulham.
The game will take place on Monday 8th May at Molineux (7pm) and tickets will be free for all Season Ticket Holders and current members.
For free admission, tickets must be claimed in advance by 3pm on Monday - tickets will be available in the Family Area in areas WL6 and 7.
