Wolves face West Ham United under the lights of Molineux on Tuesday evening, with the head coach knowing his players will have to improve from their showing in the 2-2 draw with Shrewsbury Town in the FA Cup on Saturday.
But Nuno is adamant his team will do ‘everything they can’ to get a positive result in what he expects to be a tough challenge with The Hammers.
On current form
“We are satisfied. We are pleased, but we know that what is in front of us is more important than what we have been doing, and we have to improve.
“It’s the same routine; a new challenge tomorrow against a tough team, a very good team, and we have home factor again. We’re back in Molineux for an important game.
“We have a prepared squad to compete tomorrow. All of the players are available, healthy and ready to go.”
On West Ham
“We always expect a very tough game against a very good team. They’ve had bad moments, but they’ve come out of them and now both teams are ready to compete.
“Tomorrow we are going to face a team with a lot of talent, a very good squad, a very good manager, quality players – so we will really have to be switched on to compete.
“We have to compete, and the table doesn’t mean anything about where you are. We have to go all over again, knowing that’s it’s going to be a very tough challenge tomorrow.
“We expect the support of Molineux of our pack behind us and the team’s going to do everything that we can. Home factor is very important.”

“For every team, when all the players are available and ready to go it’s easier to. West Ham have quality players all over the pitch and we have to focus on West Ham, knowing that what we want to do requires a lot of effort from us.
“When a manager doesn’t have all his players there’s always something missing.”

“We don’t look ahead, we look before. What happened in the last game can decide changes or make decisions for tomorrow.
“After tomorrow we prepare ourselves again for the next one. You can’t anticipate the future because you don’t know what can happen. Things that are not planned can happen. The best way is to go game-by-game.
“The FA Cup is over for both teams playing tomorrow. We only have to think for the game against West Ham. The next [FA Cup] game isn’t until February, it’s over, so we have to focus on our tasks tomorrow.”
