The 24-year-old becomes the ninth summer addition and arrives at Molineux on a three-year-deal with the option for a further year.
Â
Gladon has played his entire career in the Dutch leagues; earning his football education and then his first professional appearances at Sparta Rotterdam.
Â
The forward then spent a year on loan at Eerste Divisie side, FC Dordrecht before returning to his parent club for a further season.
Â
Gladon then moved and spent a season with Heracles Almelo where he netted four times in his 24 appearances.
Â
Speaking after joining Wolves, the striker said: “I’m very happy to be a Wolves player.
Â
“I’m very impressed with the facilities. The difference between here and the Netherlands is big. It’s fantastic.
Â
“I spent some time at the stadium yesterday and it looks fantastic. I can’t wait for our first home game.
Â
“It was an easy decision to make to come here.
Â
“The people are very nice, it’s a good club for me to be at and I’m very happy with it."
Â
When asked to describe himself as a player, Gladon responded: “I’m a striker that likes to work hard, I think my speciality is heading the ball.
Â
“Hopefully the supporters will see what my qualities are.
Â
“I’ve been asked to do my best for the club, to work hard.
Â
“There are a lot of matches in the season so there will be chances and I hope to be important for the club.
Â
“In my eyes, England is the country of football and if you can play there then it’s fantastic.
Â
“Of course I would like to play in the Premier League, it’s the first league in England. I hope we can be promoted to the Premier League this year."
Â
During his time at Sparta Rotterdam, the forward was coached by former Wolves defender John de Wolf and Gladon explained how de Wolf helped make up his mind.
Â
“I’m a striker but John DeWolf was my defensive trainer at my old club, Sparta Rotterdam," he said.
Â
“He’s a very nice guy. He told me some stories about the club and said if you get the chance to go to Wolves then you must take the first aeroplane – don’t think about it."
