Foundation looking for budding artists

Siiiiii Senor……read this tale about Raul and you can draw!

There’s something that the Wolves (Foundation) want you to know – we’ve got a brand new competition and we’d love you to have a go!

Yes, that’s right. Wolves Foundation have a new competition for four to 11-year-olds, with plenty of prizes of goody bags up for grabs.

Earlier this year, linked to the Premier League Primary Stars project, the Foundation ran a competition to mark World Book Day, asking young fans to write a short story about the theft of striker Raul Jimenez’s mask, worn in tribute to his friend, top wrestler Sin Cara.

The story aimed to involve the Wolves superheroes – The Wanderers – including the likes of the Fearless Leader Nuno, the Mindreader Conor Coady, the Super Strong Adama Traore and more.

The winner of the competition, producing the best and most creative story, was young Alfie, who won two tickets for a Wolves home match at Molineux as a result.

Well, now we need to add to Alfie’s story, with some great pictures, and so we are calling on our young supporters once again!

Check out the storyboard by clicking here and then be as creative as you can to fill each box, based on the text provided by Alfie.

We have a judging panel who will decide on the best storyboard scenes to go into the final book, which will be available to download on the Wolves website.

There are 14 scenes including the front cover, which means 14 winners!

All winning entries will be given a prize bag with lots of goodies, and your story will be published and downloadable online.

All entries will need to be scanned/photographed and sent via email before 10th July 2020, with the letter from the link to gregwarren@wolves.co.uk.

Wishing everyone the very best of luck in producing some great pictures to help bring Alfie’s story to life – the day Raul lost his Sin Cara mask!
