Wolves suffered only their third league defeat of the season this afternoon when they were beaten by the odd goal against QPR at Loftus Road.
After a tightly contested first half of few chances the game exploded into life just before the interval.
Conor Washington capitalised on a loose ball to put QPR in front on 41 minutes but some superb work from Diogo Jota set up Leo Bonatini for an emphatic finish to level just two minutes later.
There were good chances for both sides in the second half but it was QPR who sealed the points with an 81st minute header from Matt Smith.
