Saturday’s resounding victory over Burton Albion was the perfect way for Wolves to sign off for the international break, with four different scorers making it an afternoon to remember at the Pirelli Stadium.

Ivan Cavaleiro was instrumental in a free-flowing attacking displaying, setting Diogo Jota and Ruben Vinagre on their way to finding the back of the net.

Their strikes came either side of Romain Saiss’ first goal for the club, which had Wolves sitting pretty at half-time.

It got better after the break when Matt Doherty squared for Leo Bonatini to knock home the fourth, as Nuno Espirito Santo’s men moved to within a point of the Championship summit.
