Paul Lambert wants Wolves to pick up where they left off at Loftus Road as they host Fulham on Saturday afternoon.
Reflecting on last week's win, the Head Coach was asked if the win has changed the attitude amongst the team.
Lambert replied: “Winning always makes the place feel a little bit more happier.
“It was a great win, I thought we deserved to win the game and it should have been by more.
“What happened at the end of the game is a natural reaction because you think you’re hanging on when really you should’ve been out of sight.
“The most important thing was that we got the win. I think they’ll take a lot of confidence and a lot of spirit from it.
“The thing that’s important is to kick on from last Thursday. We’ve managed to get a win and hopefully that will have a knock-on effect."
Wolves face a Fulham side that defeated Reading 5-0 in their last outing and the Head Coach knows that they provide a tough test.
He said: “I think it’s important to try and get back-to-back wins in the league.
“We’re up against a good side who are on the back of a really good win and are playing well but hopefully, after last week, we’re starting to get there.
“It’ll be a tough game, they’re playing well at the minute. But we’re also playing well enough to go and try and win the game.
“We’re at home and I always thing that, if we’re playing well ourselves, then we’ll cause them trouble.
“We can’t sit off and let them play their normal game, it’s something that we’ve tried to work on and we’ll try our best to win.
“Winning games at home is something we need to try and do as quickly as we can."
Richard Stearman is ineligable to face his parent club so won't be available to Lambert but the gaffer has been preparing for weeks ahead of this eventuality.
“That’s the loan system – you take anybody from their parent club and you can’t play them against their own team," explained the Head Coach.
“It’s something we knew and something we prepared for so whoever comes in I’m sure will do a good job.
“I know who will go in and who will play, it’s something I’ve known for a while so I’m sure they will do well."
We’ve managed to get a win and hopefully that will have a knock-on effect.
