By setting up the goal, Doherty has now been directly involved in 27 goals in all competitions since Wolves were promoted into the Premier League two seasons ago, with the 28-year-old scoring 15 goals and creating 12 assists, more than any other defender in the top-flight, with the exception of Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold.
