Today's goal of the day celebrates a memorable victory 32 years ago to the day, when Wolves won a piece of domestic cup silverware when they overcame Burnley in the 1988 Sherpa Van Trophy final at Wembley.

In front of more than 50,000 Wolves supporters inside Wembley Stadium, Graham Turner's men took the lead when Andy Mutch got on the end of a ball flicked across the Burnley box before heading past Clarets stopper Chris Pearce. Five minutes after the break, Wolves made it 2-0 and put in a terrific performance at both ends of the pitch to run out winners.
