Today's goal of the day came as Wolves were on a thrilling cup run during the 1994/95 season and travelled to Selhurst Park for the quarter-final.
Following the memorable penalty shootout against Sheffield Wednesday and a victory over Leicester City, Wolves took on Crystal Palace in south London, aiming for a place in the semis. In a evenly fought tie, Wolves were able to earn a replay thanks to Gordon Cowans' equaliser.
