Thursday's goal of the day comes from a memorable day at Glanford Park in 2008 when long-serving Wolves midfielder Dave Edwards netted on his debut.
On a day when both Edwards and star striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake made their first starts in gold and black, it was the former who put Wolves ahead as 'Dangerous' Dave netted just eight minutes into his opening appearance when he turned in the box before lashing a low shot past the keeper.
Edwards wasn't the only debutant to bag that day, with Ebanks-Blake also scoring his first for Wolves just seconds after the second-half restart in a 2-0 win.
