The left-back began his Wolves association in 2000 when he joined from Le Havre in a deal worth £100,000.
The Guinean quickly became popular for his whole-hearted performance, combining speed and agility, with real commitment during the three seasons he spent at Molineux.
Camara was a regular in his first two campaigns at the club, but the left-back didn’t feature in the 2002/03 promotion-winning campaign, despite being on the books.
52 Wolves appearances would be Camara’s final total, with time at the likes of Burnley, Derby County and Celtic following.
His episode of the Old Gold Club will be broadcast on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter from 6pm this evening, while the full podcast will be available on all the regular channels afterwards.
The first 26 episodes of the podcast, where guests included Carl Ikeme, Kenny Hibbitt, John Richards, Steve Daley, Mick McCarthy, Sylvan Ebanks-Blake and Robbie Dennison are also available to listen back on iTunes by clicking here or Spotify here.
