Wolves launch first ever audio programme

Wolves have launched the club’s first ever audio programme, which will enhance the matchday experience for a wider range of supporters.

For the first ever time, ahead of Monday’s clash with Southampton, the official matchday programme is available in audio format, assisting visually impaired supporters or fans who are unable to read the traditional format.

The 34-minute show is available on the Wolves App, Spotify and all traditional podcast apps, and talks supporters through the latest official matchday programme via a specially trained audio description reader.

The Saints programme is available in the audio edition, including Nuno Espirito Santo’s notes, the in-depth story of Maximilian Kilman’s route to Wolves and Chris Iwelumo’s My Golden Game feature.

This is the latest move in the club’s commitment to equality and diversity and will increase the matchday experience for supporters following the game from home during the ongoing pandemic.

Meanwhile, a physical version of the double matchday programme also remains available to purchase at shop.wolves.co.uk, while the latest digital taster edition is now live on the Wolves App.

The programme’s audio release follows the announcement that Wolves’ audio description commentary of matches will move online for the first time and will be available via Wolves digital platforms for Monday’s game.
