help.wolves.co.uk will be the location of the Wolves Help portal which hosts a series of articles that will be useful to supporters, ranging from how to check loyalty points or request a matchday dedication, to information on matchday car parks or club policies.
Articles are accessible through easy to use categories or by using the search option giving supporters access to the information they require with minimal clicks.
Wolves Help will also change the way supporters can contact the club with the “Submit An Enquiry” function. Supporters will be able to use a form in which to contact the club with the Wolves Help portal suggesting recommended solutions as they type.
Supporters will also be able to email Wolves help directly at help@wolves.co.uk. This email address will replace all of the existing general enquiries emails.
Wolves supporter liaison officer Dave Wood said: “We are delighted to be able to launch Wolves Help, which we believe will be a really useful tool for supporters with all manner of enquiries.
“As the club continues to grow on and off the pitch, we feel it is important to give supporters the ability to access information they find useful in one easy to navigate portal.
“We hope the Wolves Help portal enables supporters to get information they require without having the need to contact the club and having to wait for a response. In return this will help us be able to respond to enquiries which cannot be answered via the portal in a quicker, more efficient manner.”
