Wolves Express | O'Neil on Spurs and Hwang nears historic record

Friday's episode of Wolves Express, the club's official bitesize podcast, looks ahead to the weekend's Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur.

As usual on a Friday, the latest episode kicks off with the latest from head coach Gary O'Neil, with the head coach discussing the talking points ahead of tomorrow's match, including the side's aim to bounce back against a Spurs side which is struggling with injuries and suspensions.

O'Neil also spoke about his recent phone call with referees chief Howard Webb and what he shared during their 'honest' conversation, after another contentious decision went against his team last weekend.

Hee Chan Hwang has the chance to break a 50-year old record on Saturday if he scores for a seventh consecutive top flight game at Molineux, with the South Korean currently tied with John Richards, and 'the King' has chatted to Mikey Burrows about the record and if he would want Hwang to beat it.

Women's manager Dan McNamara also features on the podcast as he looks ahead to his team's FA Cup derby with Black Country rivals Stourbridge at New Bucks Head on Sunday. Tickets are available to purchase here.

Finally, Wolves first-team coach Shaun Derry will be the next guest to appear on the new podcast 'The Football Gods' and we get a sneak-peak at what the former Crystal Palace, Leeds United and Queens Park Rangers midfielder has to say about working with Pedro Neto and Craig Dawson.

Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of Wolves Weekly and Matchday Live Extra.
