Wolves introduce a smarter way to return items

Wolves have partnered with returns solution Rebound to offer a simpler, more sustainable and cost-effective way for customers to return their items.

It’s now easier than ever for UK-based Wolves fans to return their online orders thanks to the rebound solution. Using the rebound portal, supporters can select from a wide range of InPost, Evri & DPD drop off points to return their items. Then, using a QR code, customers can generate their labels and send their parcels easily.

Wolves are pleased to offer a free service in InPost, who have more than 3,000 locations across the UK, as of June 2022. Additionally, Wolves are offering Evri and DPD as paid options in the hope that all fans, no matter how remote, will be within a reasonable radius of a drop off location.

Rebound are an award-winning returns solution, trusted by some of the world's biggest brands including ASOS, John Lewis & JD, powering millions of return transactions every year. They have been adapting their solution to encourage smarter and more sustainable returns practices in the retail industry. Supporters can find their sustainability impact report here.

Supporters can find more information on the Wolves return and refund policy here. Please note, international supporters must continue to follow the existing returns process. Please consult the returns page for more information.
