First advertisers reap rewards with ads.wolves.co.uk

Wolves new advertising platform has already proven a success for the first group of businesses to launch advertisements.

Using the ads.wolves.co.uk self-serve platform, several local and national businesses have uploaded advertising banners that sit on the wolves.co.uk and Wolves App homepages and news articles, reaching thousands of Wolves supporters.

The new ads platform allows businesses to set a timeframe and budget that suits them, spending as much or as little as they like, with advertising rates comparable to other online ad networks and platforms.

One of the first businesses to see the benefit was FanHub, their COO Harley Thorne said: “Using the Wolves Ads platform was a breeze compared to other ad platforms. From setup to publish in no time at all, I was really impressed by the simplicity and speed of the process.

“This must be a first of its kind among football clubs - the flexibility to set your own budgets makes it a great opportunity for small businesses.”

FanHub is building the app that recognises fans for their loyalty to their club. There are currently more than 800 fans in the queue, but with code qs-247, FIVE fans can skip it, so be quick!

Another early adopter was Marc Bennett of Retriever Sports, he said: “We decided to advertise our business through the Wolves website, as we’re always looking for new and innovative ways to reach our customers at an affordable price.

“Facebook is a good platform to use but using a website such as Wolves (which has a global audience) is a great alternative. As a Wolves fan it was very exciting to see our family-owned business on the Wolves site, and a proud moment for us.”

Marc’s business sells “end of line Darts at bargain prices”, and is a hidden gem for Dart lovers – check it out by clicking here.
