Wolves present Openpay payment method

Wolves’ online store, shop.wolves.co.uk, has joined forces with Openpay to offer supporters a brand new method of making purchases online.

The new payment option will allow supporters purchasing at shop.wolves.co.uk to spread the cost for up to three months, with no interest, ever.

Supporters will be required to make an initial upfront payment when purchasing Wolves merchandise online, to encourage responsible spending, but be able to spread the remaining total over a period of either two or three months.

On the exciting new offering, Vinny Clark, Wolves general manager for commercial operations, said: “Our partnership with Openpay is an important step in delivering a better, more accessible retail experience to our fans.

“Our goal is to offer fans a convenient and seamless journey from the moment they enter our online store to the time their order lands on the doorstep – we believe our integration with Openpay will help us do this.”

Openpay, who were founded in 2013 by retailers, for retailers, are the UK’s latest next-generation, interest-free payment solution who help customers responsibly manage their purchases, using their ‘Buy now. Pay smarter’ approach.

Andy Harding, UK managing director of Openpay, added: Wolves are one of the most exciting teams in the Premier League and we’re extremely proud to become their payment partner.

“They are a club which has done fantastic work in growing their fanbase internationally and domestically, and with that comes an increase in merchandise sales - especially when kits are as eye-catching as Wolves’ this season.

“We look forward to many years of this partnership and being able to provide financial flexibility to fans.”
