Wolves and Wolves Foundation have now reached out to around 1,500 supporters since the coronavirus pandemic through Wolves at Home.
The campaign, launched recently, saw Wolves former players and staff check in and keep in touch with supporters, focusing on those who are currently vulnerable, isolated and at-risk.
Club legends Matt Murray, Steve Bull, Steve Daley and John Richards have joined Wolves staff in extending a helping hand to the club’s oldest supporters, during these tough times.
As well as a welcoming conversation, each supporter will be offered the opportunity of assistance with groceries and prescription collections if they’re without support, given the advice to self-isolate.
Wolves at Home is one of a number of initiatives in place by Wolves and Wolves Foundation, with @wwfcfoundation bringing regular updates from the charity’s work in the community.
