The broadcast will go live from 9.30pm tonight, as Wolves celebrate the conclusion of another outstanding Premier League season – the club’s most successful in the top-flight for almost 40 years.
Hosted by BBC’s Jacqui Oatley and Sky Sport’s Jonny Phillips, there will be a host of awards being handed out this evening, including Fan of the Season, Academy Player of the Season, Goal of the Season and Player of the Season.
