The Grand Theatre continue Wolves partnership

Wolves and The Grand Theatre are extending their long-running partnership into the 2018/19 season.

Having been working together for the past four years, two of Wolverhampton’s highest profile venues have agreed to further strengthen their link for a fifth season.

Wolves supporters will benefit from the partnership too, as The Grand Theatre offers season ticket holders and members promotional offers on their monthly statements.

The next offer on fans’ November statement will be for the upcoming Sleeping Beauty pantomime, starring Debbie McGee, Richard Cadell and Sooty, and panto favourites Doreen Tipton and Ian Adams.

Vicky Price, Associate Director – Development & Communications for The Grand Theatre, said: “We’re delighted to be involved with this collaboration with Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.

“As two high profile venues in the city we’re excited to bring some fantastic opportunities to Wolverhampton and beyond.”

To kick-off the partnership for another season, Wolves and England midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White paid a visit to the Lichfield Street venue and handed over a shirt signed by the current senior squad.

Kerri Davies, Wolves’ Membership Manager, added: “Wolves are committed to working with local companies at this exciting time, both for the club and the city of Wolverhampton.

“Next year is The Grand Theatre’s 125th anniversary, so we are delighted to continue our partnership with such an established city centre venue as they celebrate their historic milestone.”
