Eight changes to December and January fixtures

Six Premier League Wolves fixtures have been selected for Sky Sports coverage across December and January.

High-profile fixtures against Liverpool and Manchester City are amongst the games affected, with eight matches changing date or time in total during the two winter months.

A memorable TV fixture last season, Wolves’ trip to Cardiff City has been selected for Friday night coverage on Sky Sports once again, on 30th November, 8pm.

Although not picked for TV coverage, the trip of Chelsea to Molineux will take place a day later than planned on Wednesday 5th December at 7.45pm, due to the visitors playing on the previous Sunday.

The following weekend, Newcastle United versus Wolves will feature on Sky Sports’ Super Sunday at 4pm on 9th December, moving back a day.

Wolves’ final fixture before Christmas could be a cracker as Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool visit Molineux, and the fixture has been brought forward a day to feature on Sky Sports’ Friday Night Football on 21st December, 8pm.

On Boxing Day, Nuno’s side take on Fulham at Craven Cottage and once again the Sky Sports cameras will be present, with kick-off now taking place at 12.30pm on 26th December.

There will be no New Year’s Day fixture for Wolves this year, with the original Crystal Palace clash pushed back to Wednesday 2nd January, 7.45pm, due to the Eagles’ fixture on the previous Sunday.

Sky Sports will be covering Wolves in 2019 too, with the Manchester City fixture being broadcast as the Monday Night Football clash on 14th January and an 8pm kick-off at the Etihad Stadium. However, if either club are involved in an FA Cup 3rd round replay, the match will be moved to Sunday 13th January at 12pm, but will remain a live Sky Sports televised game.

Finally, Sky Sports make their return to Molineux the following Saturday, bringing the Leicester City fixture on 19th January forward to 12.30pm for coverage as the early kick-off.
