The resale scheme will enable season ticket holders to return their ticket for specific matches to the club, which will then be offered for sale to other supporters.
If the ticket is then resold, the season ticket will receive a Ticket Cash reward of 50% of the pro rate value for that match. The pro rata value is the season ticket price divided by 19.
If you are a season ticket holder who wishes to return your ticket for either the match versus Everton on Saturday 11th August or Manchester City on Saturday 25th August, this can be done in person at the Ticket Office or by calling 0371 222 1877 from 10am on Thursday 2nd August.
Return dates for subsequent Premier League matches will be published shortly.
The club is also working on a process for supporters to return their ticket online and details of this will be announced soon.
