As of January 1st, the club no longer charges a per ticket fee to supporters who pay via credit/debit card in person at the ticket office. For now, fees relating to telephone and online bookings will remain unchanged.
What the change in policy means to various purchase methods:
Online Sales: All home match ticket sales subject to a £1.50 per ticket admin fee unless the delivery method is via smartcard upload or print at home. Away match ticket sales are subject to a £1.50 per ticket admin fee. Season Ticket sales subject to a £6 per ticket admin fee.
Telephone Sales: All home match ticket sales subject to a £1.50 per ticket admin fee. Away match ticket sales subject to a £1.50 per ticket admin fee. Season Ticket sales subject to a £6 per ticket admin fee.
Personal Callers: Season Ticket sales subject to a £6 per ticket admin fee regardless of payment method.
