ROLE
We currently have job vacancies for match day catering staff on our concourse bars. You will be serving the fans a fast food type concept (burgers/ pies/beer etc.) Full training will be given. You should be able to demonstrate a level of customer service, communication skills and be professional at all times. Any fast food/bar experience would also be welcomed.

HOURS OF WORK
The normal hours of work will be based on working each home match with a 5 hour shift.
DUTIES
• Working as part of the catering team
• To service the clubs public concourse customers
• Responding to any customer feedback
• Providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships
• Overall general duties
o Serving customers until the end of half time
o Restock/Cleaning down bars/kiosks after service
o Work behind a bar
o Serve drinks
o Handle cash
