Position: Commercial Administrator – Part-time
Reporting to: Commercial Operations Manager
ROLE
To support the Commercial department at Wolves with daily administration duties. To ensure all work produced by the Commercial Office is to a high standard and all customer needs are catered for.
PLACE OF WORK
• Molineux Stadium, Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QR
HOURS OF WORK
• Monday to Friday 10.00am – 4.00pm (30 hours) plus match days
• Any special events/Dinners
• Flexibility in this role is essential
DUTIES
Duties within this role;
• To assist the Commercial Department with the administration of Match Day/Special event tickets and itineraries
• Fulfil any Commercial mail outs
• Maintain the filing system of customer correspondence
• Order office supplies
• Manage all Corporate Away and Stand ticket requests
• Type any Commercial correspondence and draft letters when required
• General administration support for the office
• You will be required to work on match days and to support special events, either staffing a reception point to deal with ticket enquiries and issues or to hosting a hospitality area
