Zero Tolerance Policy

Fans are reminded of Wolves’ zero tolerance policy towards anti-social behaviour and misconduct relating to the throwing of items of any description but in particularly the use of pyrotechnic devices.

Pyrotechnic devices are potentially extremely dangerous, and a Wolves fan was injured at last Saturday’s fixture versus Aston Villa after one was discharged in the concourse of the Sir Jack Hayward Stand.

Under the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985, it is an offence for a person be in possession of pyrotechnics inside the stadium without lawful authority.

Wolves will not tolerate anything which puts the safety of supporters at risk and would like to remind fans that anyone found in possession of, or having thrown or discharged a device, will be prosecuted.

CCTV systems operate extensively throughout the ground and the Club will work closely with West Midlands Police to identify offenders should any incidents occur.
