Position: Retail Sales Assistant - Saturday

ROLE
The Club is looking to recruit a highly motivated Retail Sales Assistant to work in the new Molineux Megastore. The successful candidate should have sales experience gained within a high street retail store.
PLACE OF WORK
• Molineux Stadium, Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QR
HOURS OF WORK
• 7 hours - Saturday
• Match day/evening
• Any special events
• Flexibility in this role is essential
DUTIES
• Pro-actively service the shop floor ensuring every customer has an exceptional visit to the Megastore
• Be part of a team that ensures the store provides the best possible fan experience
• Cross selling
• Promotions and special events
• Taking payment by credit cards, debit cards and cash
• Achieve targets
• Sell Memberships and Club related products
• Shirt printing
• Replenish and clean the shop floor
SKILLS & QUALITIES
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Target driven
• Excellent time keeper
• Dynamic, pro-active, organised and methodical.
• Computer literate
• Team player.
• Football knowledge (desirable but not essential)
