Academy midfielder Makenzie Bradbury started all three matches as Wales bowed out of the 2024 U17 Euros on the weekend.

Following defeats to Denmark (2-0) and Austria (3-0) in their opening two fixtures, Craig Knight’s side knew their fate was already sealed heading into Sunday’s third and final group game against Croatia.

However, Cymru fought to claim a 1-1 draw to end the camp in Cyprus with a point on the board after a valuable learning experience.

Old Gold youngster Bradbury was a mainstay in the Wales eleven, starting in each of the three group games and clocking up 219 minutes on the pitch.
