Three academy youngsters have been on international duty with their respective nations in recent days.
The trio of Wes Okoduwa, Fabian Reynolds and Makenzie Bradbury were in action and away from Compton Park while competing for their countries.
And there was success aplenty, starting with Okoduwa who was once again in the England under-16 squad for their Football Federations Cup triumph.
The Young Lions defeated Saudi Arabia, Sweden and South Korea to claim the title in Spain, with Okoduwa starting the Sweden game before coming off the bench in the other two.
Congratulations to Wes Okoduwa who helped England under-16s win the Football Federations Cup in Spain yesterday.

Elsewhere, Fabian Reynolds received his first call-up to the Jamaica set-up and made his under-20 debut for the Reggae Boyz, making an immediate impact on route to Concacaf Under-20 Championship qualification.
Reynolds started two of the three victories over Martinique, Grenada and Bermuda, scoring against the latter in a 3-2 success which clinched a place at this summer’s games in Mexico.

Finally, Makenzie Bradbury was again involved in the Wales under-17 squad in mid-February for their international friendly double-header against Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Both games took place in Antalya, Turkey, with Bradbury starting the first game, a 2-2 draw, before the team followed up with a 4-0 victory. Craig Knight’s side were preparing for their upcoming UEFA U17 EURO Elite Round later this month, where they face off against Romania, Sweden and Bulgaria.
