Job Title: Operations Administrative Assistant

Department: Operations

Reporting to: Assistant to the Head of Operations

Role

To be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Department, dealing with enquiries, ensuring accurate data entry and production of accurate information to strict deadlines.

Place Of Work

  • Molineux Stadium, Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4Q

 Hours Of Work

  • Hours to be negotiated, dependent upon the successful applicant. Minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Flexibility in this role is essential as there may be a requirement for additional hours

 Duties

  • Liaise with all departments and external customers/contractors
  • To administer, create, modify and review documents/training materials using IT packages such as Word and Excel
  • To perform general admin and clerical duties such as photocopying, email, faxing, filing and mail
  • To maintain a hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Provide admin support to all Operations Dept. functions
  • Screen post and answer telephone calls taking appropriate action in a professional manner
  • Data entry
  • Ordering of stationary and any department related items
  • This list is not exhaustive; the role requires a degree of flexibility

Skills & Qualities

  • Proficiency in using IT packages such as Word, Access, Outlook and Excel
  • Be an effective team member
  • Able to work on own initiative, without supervision
  • Organised, methodical and hardworking
  • Relevant skills and experience, desirable
