Exciting forward Amber Hughes has been at Wolves since the summer of 2021 and has certainly made her mark on the team, posing a threat in front of goal against any team she faces.
Hughes has previously played for Coventry and Nottingham Forest and her accolades include Manager and Player’s Player of the Season awards at the end of the 2019/20 season.
Hughes has also previously earned the Women’s Championship Player of the Month award and won the National League.
She describes her playing style as quick, creative and versatile, and became a fan favourite very soon after joining. Alongside football, Hughes bases herself in Birmingham as a special needs teacher.
