Wolves Women manager Dan McNamara has been named the FA Women’s National League manager of the month after winning the Premier Division award for October.
In a vote with Plymouth’s Marie Hourihan, Burnley’s Lou Roberts and Real Bedford’s Charlie Bill, McNamara came out on top after a combination of supporter and panel votes.
Wolves Women had a flawless October as they extended their unbeaten run in all competitions to 22 matches. McNamara led his side to win five matches in four competitions and scoring 25 goals as they progressed in the Women’s FA Cup, FA Women’s National League Cup and Birmingham County Cup as well as recording two league victories.
