Wolves Women return to cup action this weekend with a local derby against Sporting Khalsa in Willenhall.
It is ‘cup season’ for the Old Gold with their next three fixtures coming in three different competitions, starting with the knockout stages of the FA Women’s National League Cup on Sunday, 2pm.
Setting the Scene
Wolves come into the game on the back of a 2-1 win over Stoke City in the league last weekend, when Amber Hughes scored her 100th goal for the club.
They are into the first round of the FA WNL Cup after three wins from three in the group stage against Stoke City (2-1), Manchester United PGA (3-1) and Wythenshawe (1-7).
