Wolves Women launching new fan focus group to shape future growth

Wolves Women are inviting passionate and engaged supporters to join a newly formed Fan Focus Group.

The group is designed to strengthen the connection between the club and its fans and to help drive forward strategic improvements in attendance, fan experience, and the profile of the team.

What the group will do
Members of the Wolves Women Fan Focus Group will work alongside club staff across several key areas, including:

  • Increasing home attendances, through feedback on matchday incentives, marketing and local community outreach
  • Boosting away support, by reviewing travel arrangements and supporter communication.
  • Collaborating on fan content to raise the profile of the team and individual players by helping to develop media features, digital content, and social media campaigns that engage supporters and the wider football community.
  • Improving overall fan engagement, including matchday atmosphere, improvements around the stadium experience, feedback on merchandise, supporter events, access, and communication.

Meetings, structure & commitment

  • The club will aim to meet with the focus group as and when relevant topics arise, but at least twice a season. Meetings will be held either at Molineux or virtually by teams.
  • Members will also be part of messaging or discussion groups with relevant club officials, to ensure ongoing dialogue, feedback loops, and input into decisions.
  • A representative from the Fan Focus Group will be selected to liaise directly with club management and assist in setting agendas.
  • Membership will include a regular review, with rotation of a percentage of participants each season to allow fresh perspectives.
  • Relevant members of club staff, including senior figures, will attend group meetings based on each meeting's agenda.

Supporters of all backgrounds aged over 18 are encouraged to apply. Whether you attend every match, travel away, follow online, or are newer to Wolves Women but passionate, your voice matters. The aim is to ensure the group reflects the diversity of the fan base.
