Ahead of the new FAWNL Northern Premier Division season, the club will be holding a Wolves Women fan focus evening at Molineux to discuss important topics and gain valuable feedback from supporters.
A Wolves Women fan focus evening will take place at Molineux on Monday 7th August at 6pm with the session giving supporters the opportunity to discuss important subjects, put forward ideas and share feedback with key members of staff involved with the operation of the women’s team.
Laura Nicholls, academy manager for operations, said: “We look forward to being able to meet supporters who are passionate about following the women’s team. Following on from a number of successes last year which helped improve the experience for fans, we now want to hear feedback ideas and suggestions as to how we can continue to improve further.”
This focus evening follows on from already established club fan focus groups on matchday experience, ticketing, retail, EDI and environmental sustainability with a new fan advisory board set to be introduced for the 2023/24 season.
David Wood, Fan Services manager, said: “We currently have focus groups on a number of subjects enabling supporters to have a say in areas that matter most to them and we are also in the final stages of implementing our new Fan Advisory Board.
“This session will be great opportunity to get valuable feedback and we hope it is beneficial to followers of the Women’s team. We are definitely open to making this more of regular occurrence as interest in the Women’s game continues to grow.”
Places for this focus session are limited to 15 with the aim of creating an environment where constructive discussions can be had on a range of topics relating to the women’s team.
Interested supporters should register their interest in attending by emailing fanservices@wolves.co.uk detailing why they would like to be a part of the evening along with any discussion topics they would like to bring up on the evening. Supporters selected to take part in the evening will then be contacted with further information.
