Please note, due to broadcasting restrictions, Wednesday’s Premier League International Cup fixture with Wolfsburg will not be live streamed.
James Collins’ side have had a full week to prepare for this fixture following Saturday’s postponed Premier League Cup tie with Cardiff City.
A young Wolves outfit were narrowly beaten by a more experienced Valencia team at the New Bucks Head last Wednesday, as the old gold held their own in a 1-0 defeat.
Collins will be working with a similar group of players once again, as his regular starters remain on first team duty in Marbella.
However, this again presents an opportunity for players to come in and make their own case for more consistent action with the 21s.
Like Wolves, Wolfsburg have suffered defeats in their two PLIC fixtures so far. The Germans were edged out 1-0 by Leicester City before being on the wrong side of a seven-goal thriller at Blackburn Rovers.
Wolfsburg II compete in the south section of the Regionalliga North in Germany and have picked up nine points from their opening nine games of the season, which fittingly sees them sat in ninth place.
