Scott Sellars' side approach the game on the back of a disappointing 5-1 defeat against Blackburn Rovers in the opening fixture of the season at Ewood Park last Monday.
Speaking after last week's fixture, Sellars said: "I’m disappointed and quite embarrassed really - that is not good enough for what we expect and there will be changes for our next game."
Tonight's opponents opened their season with a 4-0 win over Reading at St Mary's through goals from Tyreke Johnson, Jonathan Afolabi (2) and Gabriel Osho.
Discussing the victory with southamptonfc.com, double-goalscorer, Afolabi said: “It was a great performance from everyone. We put in a shift right from the beginning tonight and got the reward for it.
“Personally, I was really pleased to also get two goals. It was a good way to boost my confidence and start the season.”
Tickets for tonight's game are priced at £5 for adults, £3 for concessions and £1 for U16s. Admission is free for Wolves season ticket holders.
